Your KimoAmI choices
KimoAmI is designed so core features can be used without a Kimo account, iCloud, Apple Health permission, ads, analytics, or tracking.
Local app data
By using KimoAmI, you can create local app data such as journal entries, important dates, streaks, rewards, theme settings, health summary cache, and widget snapshots. This data stays on your device by default.
Optional widgets
You choose whether to add KimoAmI widgets to your Home Screen or Lock Screen. Widgets display safe summaries, such as a Kimo image, streak count, short companion text, and optional Apple Health body-signal summary values after permission. Widgets do not display private journal text, private date notes, or raw HealthKit samples.
Optional Apple Health
You choose whether to grant Apple Health permission. If permission is denied, KimoAmI still works, but Health summaries and related widget values cannot be read.
Optional iCloud
You choose whether to use iCloud Sync. If enabled, KimoAmI can save small private records such as a Kimo profile or selected Kimo moment to your private iCloud database.
Optional local reminders
If reminders are enabled, KimoAmI may ask for notification permission. These are local reminders only. KimoAmI does not use a push notification server in this release.
Reset and deletion
You can reset local data inside the app from Settings. Resetting removes local app data from this device, including journal entries, important dates, rewards, streaks, settings, health summary cache, and widget snapshots.
No consent for tracking
KimoAmI does not request permission to track you across apps and websites because it does not use tracking in this release.
